In 2017 I was involved in creating a competition entry for the sci-fi London 48 Hour Challenge. This is an annual film competition open to film makers and creatives in the UK. The premise is to create a short sci-fi film within 48 hours. Each crew that enters must also use a line of dialogue and prop provided by the organisers that is bespoke to their production. Apart from that, teams are allowed to come up with any story and production within the sci-fi genre.
As a team we wrote the story, after that my main roles were in the sound and production of the short film. This involved making sure I was able to record, find and produce high quality dialogue, music and sound effects. I was also responsible for preparing the production of scenes including the set design, props and special effects.
